I received amazing service today from two staff members; there was a brunette lady that helped me picking a new lipstick and concealer that I hadn't tried before. Not once did she make me feel like an inconvenience or anything I needed was too much for her. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. I was then serviced by Amanda at the till who was very apologetic about the wait but then she went above and beyond for me by giving me free gift that I could get with my purchase as I had spent over a certain amount. However, the gift that I had actually qualified for was out of stock so she found something else for me that was better suited and a product that I had wanted to try for a while as well. Exceptional service <3

I have been visiting and shopping in this store for over 3 years. Always met with a beautiful welcome, the staff are all so friendly and never fail to show me the offers and what bests suits my skin. They are so incredibly helpful and kind. My favourite store in Winchester - thank you ladies

Today I tried to return a faulty sunscreen (sprayer did not spray) in store. I was told that because my purchase was more than 28 days ago they couldn’t do anything in store to help and I would need to contact customer services. I purchased the product when it was on shelves at the end of the summer to put away for a winter trip. I only discovered that the product was faulty after trying to use it on holiday (I can’t imagine many people test these sorts of products work before needing to use them…) - the aerosol spray didn’t function at all so I was unable to use it.

I would not expect the 28 day refund period to apply when an item is faulty to the point of being unusable. I’m not sure this is even legal. This is even more disappointing from a store selling high value cosmetics where it would be reasonable to expect a high end shopping experience.

As a general comment, the customer service in this store has been sub par (or non existent) in recent visits. When I have managed to pin down a member of staff to help they have been unenthusiastic and not particularly knowledgeable. Space NK seems to have been taken over by the tween craze for luxury cosmetics - as a formerly loyal and regular customer it is off putting being surrounded by children testing everything in the shop when trying to make a purchase. I’ll be purchasing my cosmetics elsewhere in future.

This is the friendliest shop. Every time I go in, whether I buy something or not, every one is kind, warm and helpful, especially Amanda and Lynne.
It’s a homely and welcoming place whether you’re treating yourself or someone else!

I’ve visited Space NK several times, and each time I’m met with poor customer service. No one ever greets me or offers assistance, and I’ve had to interrupt staff conversations just to ask for help. The 'older' lady who works there has made me feel unwelcome on multiple occasions—whether it's because I show up in gym wear, or for another reason, I'm not sure—but her tone and mood are consistently off-putting. I even spoke with another customer who went in after me, and she had the same experience—feeling judged and ignored by the staff. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and it's a shame, as I used to enjoy shopping here.

I went into space Nk Winchester today and two lovely Staff members Viv and Georgie helped me and my daughter with lots off products from sleep sprays to aromatheropy oils etc.Both members off staff were very kind and happy to help in any way they could.How nice too meet high standards on the high street and both had very exstensive knoledge which really helped us both.Will send my mum in and other friends a very nice experiance from highly trained staff.
