Haslemere is the best Space NK location around! What makes it so special is the kindness and professionalism of the make up artists and team who always seem to go above and beyond to help out. When making purchases - I've often been shown demos on how to apply what ever it is properly, with tips and tricks. Most recently, I ran in the door 4 minutes before the shop closed full of apologies as I realised I'd lost a lipstick. The ladies went over and above to help me find a great colour for an important event - even though it was closing time on a Friday night! I am always made to feel welcomed, and I am always left feeling inspired and excited! Makeup is all about expression and fun - and I think the team nail it every time! Thanks for the help with the fuchsia lips! 🙂

I booked having my make-up done here on Saturday and had a fantastic experience with Phoebe. I’ve never done anything like this before and was for a big event that evening. I couldn’t have wished for better and enjoyed my evening much more because of it! Will definitely do that again!

I visited the store on the first week of 2019 September. I thought the service was appalling. No hello when i walked in or smile. I seemed like a real incovience. When i visited there was two girls working one was particularly very rude. She has very dark black hair, lots of makeup on she's very petite. She looked up and down at me like i was a bit of dirt. I wanted to buy some products and she ignored me. I left feeling really upset. Will never go back again. She's lucky i didn't take it further. Also the manager is too big for her boots.

I am unable to express enough, how impressive and refreshing it was for me to experience some good old fashioned exceptional customer service from Rhiannon at Space NK in Haslemere yesterday.

My issue with the company was historical, and more about principals than anything else.

I had primarily been ignored and disregarded by Head Office!

Despite this, Rhiannon was determined to take the time to resolve the problem in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

My faith in Space NK has finally been restored by this outstanding lovely young lady. Thank you.

I hope Space NK realise how fortunate they are to have her!!!

I bought a lipstick from the Brighton store I asked if they had a lipstick that stayed on the assistant assured me that it stay on all day .it didn't it was off in half a hour it was expensive too .I've tried to complain on chat but was sent s link to buy more products

I popped in here on a Monday afternoon to look at the skin care products available with a view to purchasing some items recommended to me by a friend. There were three members of staff working and I was the only customer. Unfortunately I was ignored by all of them, even when I tried to approach them. This is the second time I have visited this store and received the same response. Let's hope they don't work on comission or targets!

Real shame that although I am a top tier loyalty card holder and have a great experience in the other stores I find I'm always disappointed with the quality of service and attitude at this branch. I drive further to go to Chichester which although much smaller seems much better run and a better level of staff
