Fabulous service from Diane on Saturday afternoon. My mum struggles with her disability of standing for too long while looking at products. Diane and the rest of the team were wonderful, giving Mum the perfect pick-me-up and pamper she needed. We will be back! xx

Such a great shop with a wide range of products. Went in to find make up products for my wedding and was served by Tyler who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was so helpful and asked me my preferences and gave her honest recommendations without being at all pushy. I left feeling much more happy and confident about doing my own wedding make up, all thanks to Tyler! You’re an angel, thank you so much ?

Called in this shop today Easter bh Monday and was a waste of time didn’t have Charlotte tilbury shade I wanted and when the staff offers an alternative which I agreed they didn’t have that …staff were not that helpful..

Space NK stocks brands I thought I could only buy online, so I was happy to come across a Space NK in Chester area that stocks the likes of Rare Beauty and Sol De Janeiro. Customer service is impeccable in there and they wrap your purchases very nicely so this store is a must if you’re looking to buy someone a beauty gift!

Unfortunately absolutely no stock and no testers...shop looked barren, so a pointless place to try products you've been keen to see on your own skin before buying. Shame. Especially as Browns of Chester has now gone. Will go to Manchester next time.
