I like all the retail parks in my town Eastbourne but sovereign habour is definitely the best retail park in Eastbourne with more things to do and beautiful harbour walks

Some decent shops, plenty of parking and next to the waterfront that has loads of places to eat and drink.

Sorry, but it's a sorry old place. It looks semi deserted, tired, and a bit of tlc. It always seems to have empty retail outlets all the time or continuously changing outlets.
Sovereign harbour is great but the retail park is about as inviting as a cold undercooked roast potato.

Shops are nice but don’t park too close. Someone scraped up my new car and drove off. No idea who to contact to see if there’s CCTV but I expect it’s a ‘park at your own risk’ thing. Posting this review to see if the guilty party wants to own up.

Great shopping for the whole family. ASDA, Next, Boots, Matalan, TKMax, Smyth's Toys, Mountain Warehouse, BandM and ASDA garage. Lots of parking including accessible parking and parent and child parking. Toilets in ASDA. After a super morning here, we the popped to Sovereign harbour for lunch.

Beautiful harbour view with plenty of choice for food and snacks.
Very family and dog friendly. Sadly, some owners forget to clean up their dogs mess, which is a shame.

There's plenty of parking space down there quite a few shops and a few empty ones hopefully they should be filling them up you got boots there as the quite good and in as they you got a post office which is very very good
