Both receptionist and audiologist were very polite.
Nice, clean premises.
The audiologist was very professional and explained each aspect and stage of the assessment which, in my case, included wax removal.
Following the later hearing assessment, all aspects were explained including possible costs of hearing aids.
No pressure was applied and I was very happy to leave a final decision for a while whilst accepting that my hearing will deteriorate over time and that I shall have to have an aid at some time in the (probably near) future.

Very friendly lady on the phone took booking and £10 deposit not really explained why a deposit, we assumed if you didn't arrive for your appointment, had to cancel and we did so in good time, as my son needs to see a GP, but no refund of the deposit. Would be helpful if they explained either when booking or on their website why they take a deposit...i.e. a none refundable deposit.
