Shocking customer service. Stood at the till at the collection point to pick up an order and was completely ignored whilst the staff walked off talking about Nicki Minaj. Then when I asked a staff member if anybody was on the till, the response I got was “no !”

Went to return a pram with a faulty cup holder after emailing customer service with pictures of the fault. Manager Naveed insisted it wasnt faulty, forced the cup holder into the pram (took two men to do this) and then said the plastic was designed to bend. We weren't happy with this so he fobbed us of by replacing it with the cupholder from the filthy display model (which didnt bend when he put it on, unlike the first one). I dont appreciate being treated like an idiot by this rude little man who thinks its okay to lie in order to not refund customers for broken parts. Had he ordered a new one i would have been happy despite his decieving attitude.

I have bought many things from here. From baby products to toys and arts and crafts to outdoor toys. There is a wide variety of toys and games. I would like there to be more activity books for children as my kids love that type of thing. My inner child always comes.es out when I'm in this store.

Awesome place to buy toys and all things kids love and enjoy. There's a wide variety of toys for all age groups, ranging from baby toys to bicycles for teenagers.

The store itself is big and well-staffed. It can get very busy on weekends at peak times but generally not too bad. There's plenty of free parking outside the store, especially at this end of it retail park.

The store is well stocked and tidy which is surprising considering all the kids running around trying everything out so staff are doing a good job. My only gripe would be that the staff could be a bit more friendly, even a smile or a greeting would go a long way but I guess they are really busy.

There's not many special offers or good deals on offer in store but they do have a very good range of toys covering all price brackets so everyone will find something suitable for themselves.

All in all a great place to go treat the kids to toys and buy gifts for occasions.

Good afternoon, my husband has just collected a car seat from your Elk Mill store, for our Grandson. He has asked me to send this to say what a great guy Zahid is. He deserves to be fully recognised for his customer care and customer service skills.
Will definitely be asking for him again.

I would give 0 stars if I had the option.

Rubbish Manager - Unhelpful, Rude and Unprofessional.
Very street like behaviour. Manager was Asian.

I bought a bike for my 3 year old, when I went home I realised it was broken and dirty ( it clearly was a used bike sold to me) so I wanted a replacement.

I told him that when I buy something I expect it to be new and clean (like everyone would when spending money.)

They went to the back of the store and the manager came out with other two men - as if they wanted to fight - I felt very intimidated.

I should of asked if they wanted to fight as I had this impression, very unprofessional and very street like. I had left this store without any sort of assistance / and left with the broken bike, as the problem was left unsolved.

Terrible experience.

I will never go to this store anymore.

Customer Service is terrible and horrible.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!!
