Lovely afternoon out for sis birthday. Lovely place, massive pond outside, relaxing atmosphere although a bit of music in the background would help. Table service very good, bar service had to wait while he returned a good 5 mins. Just noone there, otherwise good. Had lamb shank , excellent thank will come again 😀

Can safely say this was a lovely experience. Everymeal was lovely. And cooked well .. highly recommend..travelled 30 odd mins to it and was well worth it ..

This pub has an idyllic location sat on the edge of the ponds with a beautiful view and a great area to have a drink, however that is the only positive review I can add. The pub itself inside and out is tired and unkempt, dirty and needs updating.
We ordered a mixed grill and a sirloin, both meals although tasty, were VERY VERY small, which I can see has been mentioned several times on numerous other reviews , and in no way value for money. Both myself and my husband were left hungry.

£7.99 for a non alcoholic drink,wrap and chips. Chips were outstanding proper crispy only thing was they were that nice I could do a double portion! Lovely location and lovely staff,excellent.

My children and I went for a 6pm evening meal. Was not happy as no roasts available so wanted a sirloin steak surprised to say no steak either. Did not fancy anything else on the menu. So ended up having scampi which was not on the menu they said they could do for me but was only just warm the saving grace to my meal were the chips nice and crispy. Still left feeling hungry though as portion size was not great, had dessert which was lovely. The staff were great though. Really disappointed on this visit.

It's nice tasting food but they had no nachos which is one of 2 sharing starters. There were quite a few things they didn't have. Happy hours great though.

Called for a drink but the girl behind the bar spotted a 'regular' so proceeded to start to pour his drink in the middle of supposedly serving me. Shouting over to him over my head. (She actually started to pour him the wrong drink to which he shouted 'that's not for me is it?" She stopped and said 'Oh you're moretti aren't you ')
Rude service, you should appreciate the customer stood in front of you, because if you don't, they won't come back!
