Was a regular customer. I have to say they are extremely rude with their tone and know nothing about customer service. Never smiling, never nice, they don't even bother speaking to you. Minimum 4 pounds card not to mention, and when I explained I was there an hour ago but forgot to buy 1 thing, the guy began shouting.

Worst off licence in London. Grumpy miserable men working there. No Hi or hello. Moody guy at the till. I was very nice but they have no manners. Card minimum is £4 lol. Obviously they want cash so they don't need to pay tax. I would have been a regular customer but I'll never go again to that shop. Need to learn Customer service before opening a shop!

Older man very kind, but younger man the beard is so unbelievably rude, I’ve even seen him become violent with another customer. Prices are always upped once you get to the till, differing from the price stated on label. If you enquire the man will scream at you. Will never shop there again

People tend to hate on them for no reason really. They have a shop that serves its purpose well. Every bodega has its own vibe and personality. Treat it as such. The owner and his family are nice, and you get pretty much everything you need.

Although they advertise as a Collect+ drop off point, they refused to accept our parcel as "it would take up room in the shop". Not sure they understand what being a Collect+ drop off point actually involves! Hopefully this saves someone else a wasted journey.
