I had an excellent purchasing experience from Lucas at Slaughter Autos. I had found the car on Autrader and made an appointment to view it the following day. It was exactly as described in the advertisement and immaculately presented. Lucas had the car serviced, a cambelt/water pump change, two new tyres, new brake discs and pads fitted and the air-con checked and regassed for me prior to delivering the car to me at my home.
I was very impressed with Lucas' pleasantness and professionalism from start to finish. It is clear that he carefully selects quality cars to sell and there is absolutely no pressure to purchase when viewing. If you are looking for another car I would certainly recommend visiting his garage to view the cars that he has available. Thank you Lucas.

I bought a black 2013 Fort Fiesta at the end of September this year from Lucas at Slaughter's Autos, and can honestly say he's been nothing but helpful. I had some issues with the wing mirrors one time, which he dealt with directly and efficiently on account of the safety of them, and then when shortly thereafter I had an issue with the interior rear view mirror being loose, he got that sorted for me as well. The tax was sorted for the year, and in addition, when the V5C didn't arrive in the time expected, he resubmitted the application for it and it arrived within the following two weeks.

I understand that as a neurodivergent individual with considerable anxiety issues I might have been awkward to deal with, but Lucas was extremely patient and for that I'm extremely grateful. Many thanks. ^_^
