Worst service ever!! They are pathetic. They lost my parcel and are least bothered about it. Parcel belongs a silver ring and few clothes with my gold plated earrings. Please just don't use this logistic. Their customer service is also zero. Tomorrow is my convocation and they spoiled everything. My parcel was scheduled to deliver on Tuesday but today is Friday. They are saying that they forgot to put the label and gave the parcel to DX express. I think the whole company is drunk.

I spoke to a female customer service agent, who was extremely passive-aggressive.

Pretending you can't hear the tracking number, but you can hear everything else and then also put me on hold mid conversation. This is terrible customer service,
If you don't like what you do for a living (dealing with customers), then just quit and stop making people feel your misery.

Thank God for the first lady I spoke to that transfers calls, otherwise, this would have been a 1 star review.

Also, thank God for technology as I have the recordings.

One of the worst delivery service. First of all they delivered at the wrong address. Then they told me the parcel was at completely wrong area
So they then tell me to arrange for delivery. I mean I paid for my delivery, so delivery.
Anyway I have got my parcel but it's terrible attitude

Absolutely the worst service. Instead of 3-5 business days delivery to door they only started the shipment process from UK to Germany 7 workdays after receiving the package. No contact from their side and now luck in contacting them. Do not use!

I was really concerned and worried for my parcel from Lahore after seeing so many negative reviews here. I think most people only ever put a review following a bad experience which sadly can happen to anyone and with any company but gives a very perception to future customers. My parcel arrived on Monday in just 5 days including the weekend and was delivered by DX. Overall a good service and will happily use Skynet Worldwide Express again.

First of all, I will say that I usually don’t give feedback but today I have realised that why do we only give negative feedbacks, the positive ones are also as important as negative ones. So I decided to write about my experience.

My family sent me a parcel from Pakistan for Eid celebrations & I wasn’t aware of the company they opt to send the parcel. By the time I got the tracking details from my family I just had a thought to go through the company’s website & feedbacks. I got really scared after reading the feedback from the people as the time was short & we can’t wait for it so long because there was a promise to deliver within 7 working days & the Eid is due in 2 days.
But I must say that they have fulfilled their promise & delivered the parcel within 7 working days without any damage or delay.

So, I will recommend with full trust.

I give suggestion for everyone. Nobody use Skynet parcel service is a very s*** Service and customer services are very bad behaviour. I donid1878 t like it because you know is all people are doing. Give it every time excuses. Excuses, excuses no one on time. Parcel, send it to you. Don't know so kindly everyone. Network are really bad experience for this parcel shipping maintenance systems.

They are not responsible in delivering the parcel. Even all of their contacts are useless
