Time for me to put some words together for the lads and lasses at Sky/X.

I bought my 330d from them a few months ago after seeing their stock a few times in person and online. I am very picky and I spent circa 4 months looking for the right car for me. The car has been lovely, more power than necessary but what bloke doesn't enjoy that, looks amazing, comfy to drive and fairly economical. These guys really know how to market their cars online which is great but something I'm always very wary of when buying anything. It's all well and good posting flashy pictures on socials but if you can't back it up with top quality service it doesn't count for much. With that in mind I'd just like to commend the team in their after sales care for the following reason. I called them up 48 hours prior to my warranty running out with an issue that had been picked up whilst new tyres were getting fitted, nothing major or anything they would have been aware of at time of sale but still a fairly costly fix. They arranged for the car to come in the following week to be looked at. Minus one slight mishap with comms and mechanic availability the car was bought in for a few days while they rectified the issue which some garages may have tried to palm off. Courtesy car supplied and work carried out free of charge as you'd expect I'm very happy with how they dealt with this.

My experience with these guys has been a pleasure from the first time walking in nearly a year ago, to buying and owning one of their lovely looking BMWs. I appreciate that's a bit long winded but I definitely think it's experiences like this that you should be judged on. I'll be back for X5M one day gents.

Brought a 320d Touring back in September 2024, Dan dealt with the sale from start to finish. Dan was helpful and informative. After two months the car went into BMW for a recall and they noticed a weep on diff seals on their health checks. I contacted sky and sent the information off, it was arranged to take the car back and they would get the work done at their local garage. All the work was completed in a good time frame and still in the warranty period. I cannot fault this! Used cars can't be 100 percent and sky was brilliant in dealing with this issue. Great after sales.

I have to say the service I got from Dan and Danny & everybody there was absolutely exceptional, their honesty and expert knowledge and friendliness was 2nd to none It was certainly well worth travelling a 12 hour round-trip to pick up my absolutely gorgeous BMW 3 series tourer I cannot praise that team highly enough and anybody out there looking for a BMW please use these guys. you will not be disappointed Even though window cleaner is a cracking guy too I will say if I decide to buy another one I will only be using them.
