Returned some plastic gravel base for a shed that bought and didn't used. I was expecting £70 roughly. After a lot of emails and continued hassling I received £34. Apparently it costs £36 to collect my three small boxes.....🤬

In May 2022 I bought 4 Oren The Luxe Covers from Furniture Covers website (part of the Sixty Stores group). Despite the original 7 years manufacture guarantee stated in Garden now the covers started to tear at the seams.
On the 21 of August 2024 I contacted its costumer services explaining what happened and afterwards I received an email asking for dates and order number, I duly sent the information requested.
Since then I haven't heard from them. I tried to speak to someone on the phone to no avail since there is a recorded message informing there are very busy .
I can but conclude that the guarantee it is no more than a window dressing in order to attract costumers. I wouldn't recommend anybody to purchase anything from this company because if something goes wrong there is not way to speak to someone to sort out the situation.

I bought a Shed on their online service Sheds.co.uk. The shed quality was poor, bad the worst is that was delivered all covered in mould. I'm not talking a few patches, it was ALL covered on it. The customer service to return it and get a refund is awful. Very slow on responding and after days they only offering to collect the shed on 10 days. I told them that I cannot keep the shed on my garden due to space problems and building works starting soon for that long but they just ignored my messages. 4 days and still have no collection date neither a refund.

order a shed on shed.co.uk orders are made by sixty stores you get one text message from palram for 14 days that your exchange is being made after 3 weeks I get information that the shed is ready to be sent but on the 14th day I csncel the contract because the company did not inform me about my order at all. It's been 16 days since the contract was cancel and I still haven't received my deposit back... it's just a tragedy...

We bought a pent shed from Sheds.co.uk who owned and operated by Sixty Stores. After paying we received communication from a third named company called Woodlands Home and Garden Group who manufactured the shed.

In short the delivery process was appalling and onernous for the purchaser. Complaining to sixty was met with rude and immature behaviour - Thier customer service is non-existent.

The shed was poorly made with cheap materials. No care had been afforded whilst screwing in the hinges for example that - had to re-hang one of the doors. Unforgivably the shed was damaged at the corners (see pictures). The roof was not square and also needed repositioning to fit.

Believing that we were dealing with a reputable and reasonable company we asked for compensation still willing to keep the shed that was in our garden. Sixty's reply was that they would give us a couple of planks of wood which we could fit to the damaged shed.

Knowing all if this why would any deal with Sixty or its agents again. We wish that we had never heard of them.

Ordered a sofa set for the garden, first worry was no order confirmation so called company, was reassured it would be forthcoming… nothing, emailed customer service and received invoice… have contacted them regularly since. Still no sofa set or any sign of it been delivered have now requested a refund and cancelled order.
