Visited the shop today to pick up some cartridges. Spoke to Holly (i think) and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Great customer service, great price and a great dog!

I wish I could give no stars! I bought a £300 pair of boots from Marcus less than 6months ago, they have already broken so I called up and Marcus suggested I came back and we get to a solution, I expressed that i would either need a replacement or a refund as it is a 4 hour round trip. Once i arrived I was told they need to go back to Germany to be repaired which is a 5 week turn around in aid of sustainability! AVOID AT ALL COST - I can add from the reply that no behavior as mentioned happened but yes frustration was expressed, who would not be annoyed when the customer service is so shocking. I appreciate you want me to discuss this with the importer but that is a simple blame pass, instead you should stand by the product you sell.

Consistently 5* service and always customer first. It remains my go-to gun shop for about two years now, despite travelling all over the country with my work.

I always end up buying slightly more than I expected to (great prices) but never more than I need (great advice). These guys are at the top of their game - in a very understated way. Superb.

I live 150 miles away but since discovering Simpsons a year ago I now treat this as my local gun shop and buy everything from them. That should tell you all you need to know.

Honest, patient, and knowledgeable staff who will happily listen and discuss all manner of questions in a clear and consistent way.

Particular mention to Holly and Marcus for their excellent unhurried approach.

They only stock quality goods, and there are options for most budgets, and it’s all priced competitively.

It’s genuinely the best customer service I have had in a very long time.

This place was recommended by a colleague of mine. When I rang them a gentleman called Marcus answered he was professional and helpful. We decided to visit them on the same day once we arrived at the shop, all the staff members were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We decided to purchase every thing that we wanted as the whole experience was pleasant.
