This has a really good and well considered range of shoes. Our assistant was peasant and attentive. She checked what was the best fit for us and helpfully pointed out that variations in shoe size was similar to differences in clothes size. This is a gem of anindependent shop and reflects the professional care and service that you can find on the high street of Holt. Highly recommended 👍

Brilliant, couldn’t have been more helpful. The item I needed was not in stock at Holt but Norwich had one. They collected it and had it for me the next day. Two days before Christmas and it was a present. The staff are lovely and I would recommend Siddalls most highly.

I am absolutely disgusted with how the shop assistant treated my Mother yesterday.
My mum is exempt from having to wear a face covering due to health conditions, yet the assistant refused her entry, despite my mum stating why. Not only is this rude, it's illegal and discrimination!

My Grandmother who is medically exempt from wearing a face mask, was treated very poorly by staff at this shop and she was quite upset. Even after showing her exemption letter. Disappointing behaviour to say the least, speaking that way to any person, but especially an elderly person just shows how lacking some people are in human decency. Sad to see other reviews saying the same things.

My grandma was rudely spoken to and staff got quite irate when she tried entering without a face mask. Even though she is exempt and showed proof with a letter from her GP. Disgusting behaviour, should be ashamed of themselves!
