So kind and extremely helpful, helped me pick the correct unit for what I am storing, and told me all information very thorough. Excellent value storage… others matched Shurgard prices but only for a promotional period. Luke dealt with our check- In and everything was so smooth. For us the website ID verification simply was not working as the page didn’t load, but probably an IT glitch. The building is very clean and warm with 2 large lifts to reach upper floors. Locks on units are standard padlocks, so nothing special required if you wish to supply your own.
I understand longer access hours are coming in the very near future but excluding late night on Thursdays, access is currently restricted to office hours during the week. The small inconvenience this creates is worth it considering the savings on competitors prices.
