Amongst thee best customer service I have ever received! Literally above and beyond. I sent an email late on evening and within minutes I had a reply. Typically I had ignored the request (very clearly stated on their website) for measurements and was asked very politely to provide them... sorry... anyway, Darren was brilliant and came back with a couple of suggestions. He did say unfortunately they didn't have the exact shower wheel I needed but it was definitely worth a try. After a minor alternative I now have a working shower door again! Needed a shower surround wheel. I hadn't a clue what to do. Contacted Sower Wheels and sent them a picture. They identified the wheel required and I ordered it. Arrived in Belfast within 24 hrs. We were really stumped because we were unable to find anyone selling the rollers that had disintegrated in our shower - they were old and obsolete. Having had a broken shower wheel fitting on the shower door, I spent huge amount of time trying to get a replacement, I found Shower Wheels UK on line and they offered a service of identifying the broken wheel from a series of photos, it took approx. 1hr to get a response, I ordered 2 replacements (1 spare) late on Friday afternoon, and took the option of rapid delivery, quoted 1-2 working days. Email from the courier notified me they would be delivered on Saturday afternoon which happened

Great service - shower wheels went on the door - I was sure I had found the correct replacement, sent photos and measurements of my part, they confirmed they were the same and they arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately I fixed them to the door back to front to begin with, so after some swearing that they didn't fit, I noticed they were back to front and hey presto, jobs a good one.
