Buyer beware!!!
I purchased a Mavic Drone (£599.99) with special delivery (£12.99) using their eBay store on the 1st July 2108. On the 2nd July I received a message from Mr Lee Davis (company director according to company house records) that 'special delivery' was not available on this item and that the item would take 5 - 7 days to be delivered and Mr Davis would refund the delivery fee of £12.99.
I not receive the item or the refund despite a number of message via eBay and calling the Hyde office and I did not receive the refund for the delivery. The situation was made worse by this company disputing my eBay claim that item did not arrive.
Thankfully I telephoned eBay directly and sent details of all my correspondence who agreed that Shopping Made Easy ltd had broken the terms of the agreement and sale. I also pointed out the negative feedback seemed to be all relating to the 'Big Ticket' sales.

If anyone has experienced the same from this company they should contact Trading Standards at Tameside Council to register their experience.
It is very sad that this sort of company continues to exist - Don't make the same mistake I made and buy from this company.
Please use another company.

Item ordered and paid for, it was not delivered by the date said so I left it a couple of days. I then sent them a message asking about my £249 item with no response at all. I tried to phone but the number given out on the internet will not connect at all. I have now received a refund through Ebay however, I would much have preferred my item. The fact that they did not reply to the two messages I sent in total is just the most terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
