Just received the worst customer service I've ever had, the member of staff was so rude. I requested 5 lucky dip on the lottery and requested each line to be on a different ticket, this is a easy task as you only have to press a button five times .He point blank refused. Then proceeded to be rude to me as a paying customer. More interested in playing a game on his phone.
