We have just taken delivery of deck cushions for our 40’ Jeanneau boat. We couldn’t be more pleased, they look fantastic and fit perfectly. From start to finish everyone involved at the company were extremely helpful and courteous. Delivery took only two days, and we live on a Scottish island. A five star rating is just not enough for this company and staff - highly recommended.

Really excellent shopping experience with ship shape bedding.
Matt was extremely patient and helpful. He was in no small part instrumental in obtaining for us a materasso mattress from Slovakia.
I would not hesitate to use this company again and I thoroughly recommend them particularly if you're in the market for a mattress that is not typically run of the mill.

These guys nailed it! Can't believe how quickly they managed to turn this bespoke, sprung mattress around for us. They got it here in record time with such a great process- these guys know what they're doing! Just felt I had to leave this initial review in terms of their turn around- WOW! If you need something that is bespoke but in a hurry- these are your guys! Can't wait to get this in the Road Boat and give it a whirl!

This is what customer service is supposed to be!

Overall the experience I've had with ship shape bedding has been exemplary. From prompt communication to feeling heard, I've not felt concerned about my order at any step. Every member of staff that I've spoken to has been friendly, understanding and dare I say it sound like they really like their jobs! I don't think I've ever felt such positivity from a company!

The items we had made for us were to specification of a fitted sofa on our boat. The dimensions were perfect and the quality is obvious. Sure, it cost a lot of money, but in the end, I wanted something that isn't 'standard in a high street'. I'm more than happy with the price, now I've witnessed the quality.
Delivery was a breeze and they were more than helpful when they found out that we were on the verge of changing cities.

Jordan - you've been an absolute legend! If your team are at boat life live next time, I'm heading over to either thank you personally or sing your praises if you're not there! Thanks for everything!!

The custom island mattress for our 25IB Airstream fits and retracts better than the original. Engineered with a hinge, a slot for the motorised retractable base to grip and the fact it squeezes between two units, I never dreamt it would work so perfect. Old school craftsman that understand a bit of tech. Beyond happy as this was a mattress Duvalay when asked could not make. .

I have a new Swift Carrera 194 campervan with 2 shaped duvalay mattresses and 2 mattress infills (all different sizes). I had shared some drawings but made an appointment and took my van to Ship Shape in Hoveton, which is local to me. All mattress elements were removed and proper templates made on their tables (took less than half an hour). We ordered a mattress protector for both main mattresses and 2 sets of fitted sheets for all mattress elements (8 in all). Thirteen working days later the parcel arrived and everything was professionally packaged. The fit is excellent and in my view could not be better. Some might baulk at the price however as they are all hand made and
bespoke, I consider they represent good value for money. As a consequence I would not hesitate to recommend Ship Shape as a company, their process, product or customer service.
