prices unclear on labels, dirty, shop smelt disgusting, manager so rude only knew how to shout at customers and the poor young lad volunteering. what a joke of a charity shop

Ok shop but staff can sometimes be very rude and lately the shop is quite empty and stock is never changed when I come in. Used to have a good book section but now there’s hardly any books there and they are always messy and hard to look at. Clothes are all jumbled up and in wrong places and dust is everywhere it’s so dirty. I know it’s charity but not a good look for shelter. However I got a nice shirt for a fiver

Saturday 28.10.23 While waiting to pay, the manager [?] came up to the till area [mug in hand] and began to discuss - mockingly - a chap she had been in conversation with. She was talking to the assistant behind the till + a further customer. Deeply unpleasant, attention-seeking & whining behaviour. I won't be donating there again.

Love this charity shop, come in here often to donate and purchase All the staff are very friendly, Louie is very hard working and always asks me how I am It’s got a real community feel about the shop.
