I contacted Chantelle after going to several shops and feeling deflated as I knew she stocked a particular dress I wanted to try. she rearrange her day to get me an appointment at a time that suited me which sold the shop to me instantly. I tried the dress along with a few others but knew the dress I’d gone for was the one. Chantelle was the biggest hype woman and always made me feel and ease and beautiful in my gown. She always lent support at all my fittings and put any worries at bay. My dress came within the estimated time and using Chantelle’s recommended seamstress made the whole experience so much smoother. The shop is beautiful and peaceful.

Whilst Chantelle was lovely, I had issues.
It was the wrong size, and part of the top was broken, which showed on all my pics. It didn't have a bustle in it, which it did have when I was trying it on - I spent most of my wedding day standing all over it. Hugely disappointing when it was a present from my Mum.

I feel so lucky that I found this bridal boutique! Soo many beautifull dresses in such a small lovely place. I've found the dress of my dreams thanks to Chantelle which was so kind and helpfull. The customer service is excellent. The dresses are high quality and have great prices.You will not get only your dress, but lots of great advice from shoes, hairstyle, jewellery to dress after care. I recommend Shakespeare in Love bridal boutique to all brides to be and all of my friends. Thank you soo much Chantelle for helping me on my big day!

I had an incredible experience with Chantelle. First a bit of background: before contacting Shakespear in Love bridal, I had tried on so so many dresses and never found one that felt quite right, but I had a feeling about this one Maggie Sottero dress I'd seen online when I first got engaged. By the time I'd tried on dresses elsewhere and started contacting bridal boutiques about the Maggie Sottero dress, sadly it was being discontinued 🙁 still, I managed to track down a sample to try, and I loved it, but it was 2 sizes too big for me. I then must have messaged every Maggie Sottero stockist within a 6 hr drive of me to find my size haha, all who told me the same thing: sorry, we only have it in X size and can't get this dress for you. Except Chantelle! She went above and beyond, and found out that we could still order the dress due to a delay with the discontinuation, despite everywhere else telling me no. She put in a last-minute order for me, but before placing the order she even offered to bring a sample to me whilst she was on holiday, despite me living hours away! The dress arrived today and it is perfect, and I am over the moon. Chantelle was the only bridal store of all the ones I messaged who went out of her way to check this dress for me, and then get it to me as well despite the distance. I 100% recommend a visit. Thank you!

Chantelle is so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. She is really experienced in bridal wear and tailoring and what works for your body. She's really kind and smiley, I would really recommend her shop for a lovely dress experience. She has an amazing range of dresses, veils an accessories and you never feel rushed or pressured. You get the whole shop to yourself and it feels really intimate and a personal experience.

What can I say? Ten stars out of five honestly. Chantelle went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress and match for the little flower girls for my day. She has the most amazing selection and is so wonderful at what she does. I had the best time finding countless stunning dresses but when you put on the one that is just 'you' you know it. Pictures won't even do the feeling of being in it justice when you're twirling around the dancefloor or strutting around feeling like a million dollars. I will be eternally grateful to Shakespeare in Love Wedding Boutique for being part of my wedding day xxx
