Bought my first car from this garage, from across the country which I found on autotrader. I was extremely picky about the spec of car I wanted, including 6-speed manual, heated seats & steering wheel, parking sensors, non-boring colour, bigger engine than 1.2, leather steering wheel - all of which I got in a Vauxhall Corsa E that I bought from Shahz cars.

After travelling to here by coach, train and taxi I was greeted by professional sales reps who promptly made the car available for a test drive. After I was happy with it, I proceeded to purchase with the paperwork involved. Provided that I was in a hurry and the gov website to tax my car wasn't working, the sales rep used a trade plate so I can drive to the post office to tax my car - after I mentioned I use monzo to bank which I wasn't sure the post office accepts, the sales rep kindly assured to offer him paying with his card for my reimbursement later. Shortly after, I was given the 2nd included key in a pouch with all my paper work.

The drive home was very fun indeed. Shortly after that I received a letter from the DVLA explaining they needed some administration fee to properly register my car - I messaged Shahz cars about the cost of doing this at the post office which I did and they reimbursed. Shortly after I received my V5C for the car. I also had to claim the warranty to replace oxygen sensors in my car after diagnosis of an engine warning light which they agreed to pay and did so.

Communication from the garage post-purhcase I must say was excellent (something very valuable given these days how often businesses after taking your money hide behind an email address that they leave ignored from days on end as soon as yoy have an issue). I think this dealership deserves 5 stars.

I paid the £99 reservation fee, then the Team at Shahz cars assured me that they had reserved the car for me. I then went through the process of purchase and throughout the whole process, the team at Shahz Cars, was friendly, professional, helpful and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. The Mercedes was then delivered to me in a clean, shiny, beautiful condition. The engine is great, interior and exterior excellent. The whole process was professional and easy. I would say they are one of the best cars sales groups in UK. I am so happy with my Mercedes.
