Great experience at Sevenoaks - the team are very knowledgeable and had good insight into the options I have given the budget and space. The prices are also very competitive, a lot more deals in store than I can see online. Refurbished store is excellent, lovely community engagement opening with giveaways and brands there.

Went into Sevenoaks to look at some Sonos products after speaking with Mark he showed me some alternative to the Sonos five, very knowledgeable, helpful and no at all pushy.

Great service at a fantastic price, and Mark was available to help with set up and queries at no notice. I contacted the Witham branch as I had seen a great online deal for the speakers and network streamer that I wanted, the price at Sevenoaks beat the best on line price I had seen by a lot. When I rang them up to discuss this they offered me the chance to listen to my chosen equipment in their demo room and compare it against other equipment of the same price. When I got there the staff were amazing, they answered my questions without pushing anything and let me use their demo room for around 2 hours whilst I was comparing different bits and pieces, nothing was too much bother for them. I made my choice and then they were really helpful talking to me about cables etc to complete my new system, they shared knowledge and experience without me feeling like they were talking down to me or patronising me, which was really nice. I have just got my system home and got it set up, I can honestly say this has been an amazing purchasing experience and one that I would recommend to anyone. Great service and prices that beat the internet, what more can you ask for?
