Donated a bag of items to this shop to be greeted by a very rude gentleman, not even a thank you ?
Surely working in a charity shop you should have some kind of customer smile

I used to always take my donations here. But today I tried to help the ladies on the cash till with their change situation, but because they couldn’t work out the maths, they virtually accused me of trying to scam them. I bought something for £3 with a £10 note. I was given the £7 change in coins. Because I didn’t want that many coins, I asked to pay with a £5 note, keep £2 and for them to give me my £10 note back. They refused because they ‘didn’t want their till to be short at the end of the day.’ I came away feeling like a criminal. Horrible!
