BUYER BEWARE
I bought a shirt which was a substantial purchase, 10 days later decided I did not wish to keep, as it did not match the item I wanted to wear with it, I called the shop and mentioned I know you don't refund but can I exchange, receive a credit note the owner told me I had 48hr to return which is on the receipt, I mentioned this is unfair, and was not mentioned during the purchase, and I will enquire with trading standards, I was told you do that, and she put the phone down vile rudeness ! When I bought the shirt I was told " These shirts fly of the rail" so I doubt if the owner would have had an issue re selling it! OR was that a ploy i fell for ! I love to support local business and independent shops, but not this shop, I doubt this shop will still be there in 12 months !

I was very disappointed with this shop l had only just moved to this area and come across this shop and l really like the brands and clothes l bought three items in the sale but unfortunately when l got home l decided that one pair of linen trousers was not me really so l looked at receipt and it stated l have 48hrs to bring back for a credit note which was fine with me so went back to shop within this time and the lady said she would phone the owner and she said nothing they can do about it . I feel that's very unfair and l feel very upset about it especially as the receipt stated 48 hours and nobody told me otherwise......

Be very careful about shopping here, check the ticket prices and any sale item mark down tickets. This lady is very misleading and removes the sale tickets when you purchase an item. There are no refunds and she doesn't take sale items back at all. She also has a very superior attitude.
