No emphasis is given to employees who want to cycle to work and keep fit, but instead given to employees who want to shorten their life spans by puffing away in smoking shelters. A message to Seko Logistics! I have no problem about having shelters for smokers, but why can't you build PROPER bicycle shelters for the ones who want to cycle to work? Especially when bicycle theft is rife in the country. And the local council goes on about why we should cut down on emissions Lol.

I was a temporary warehouse worker at Seko Logistics during Christmas 2024. Most people here were decent, hard-working people from many Eastern European countries. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about some of the warehouse and operations managers, there were some decent managers that treated temp workers with respect. From my experience, the operation managers at PT2 were more humane and had better social and communication skills. However, the operation managers from PT1 mostly treated temp workers poorly because they knew they could easily get rid of you and replaced by someone else. They intimidated you when they felt it necessary, especially when they were trying to get as much out of you as possible. From my time working here, there were a few cases where operations managers were treating their own circle of "friends" better than the rest. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common occurrence in some warehouses.

Let you in early but keep you waiting till booking in time so have your break before going in plenty of parking places on roads outside...

if they dont like the look of you they will get rid of you i was the only asian there (pakistani) the woman kept lying to the manager saying i kept going to get a drink and kept going toliet when i went once the manager came (gerry thats what his name is apparently thats what be told me) he said he saw me go in more then 4 times i said show me the proof he shut up he didnt talk he told me to leave the building i said no im not gonna let you lie show me on the cctv he said i need you out the building hes a big belly fat racist person i felt annoyed and stressed each time i worked in that place i cut my hands everyday i came 15mins early everyday this was not fair i felt like it was because of my race she kept giving me dirty so did he ever since my first day
