A few weeks ago, we queued for 10-15 minutes, two staff serving. There appeared to be one older person in charge. Her customer skills were poor and unfriendly. We ordered one tea with Scone and a Flat White Coffee. The volume of coffee served was miniscule (cost £3.00). The scone was £4.00+. All tables were uncleared. We had to sit amongst other persons dirty crockery etc. Will not use again!!

Friendly and helpful. Really shows how shocking Kew Victoria gate Cafe is, they could really learn something from this company.

It's ok. They need to compare themselves more to the local competition in pubs and cafes though. Food's fine but the layout is cold and ambience is zero. Luckily they're in the middle of one of the great gardens.

Had 2 panninis, tomato, pesto and mozzarella. Both of them were barely above room temperature, the bread was a ciabatta, not the usual bread used.
Worst of it was they used cheap pesto which is is known for having cashew nuts, which set off my partners nut allergy. Would expect better after paying £6.95. Appalling.

Today we visited seed cafe for a late lunch.
As some one who doesn't eat animal products not much choice at all a packet of crisps and a banana isn't much of a lunch very dissapointed
Plant milks were available though
Son wanted a sandwich not a happy member of staff in kitchen talking loudly to colleague but theres nothing to go with it. Son only wanted a cheese sandwich for goodness sake felt like walking out in end
No atmosphere dirty tables dirty crockery everywhere they weren't busy feel like this cafe really lets the place down . Next time we visit wakehurst will take a picnic

Queue was long and service was slow, perhaps try and recruit an ex-barrista, who can make drinks quicker? Very nice staff, but just not terribly quick. Cake was nice.
