It's a business park. Always seems fairly busy when I visit and a bit of a building site. Sometimes you have to keep your wits about you, so just be careful driving through the first part of the the car park. I've had to drive past JCBs a couple of times.

There's good parking near to the shop/unit that I have visited. The place I went to caters for cake decorators and they design and make wedding cakes and other celebration cakes. I believe they also run courses in sugar craft. They are identified by the yellow butterflies attached to the front of the unit outside.

If you're going for something specific you know is there. It's good for that. Be aware though that shops that shut a good 6 months ago or so may still be showing on theirs signs and their website doesn't work and things via google still suggest it's there, so good luck finding anything there.
