After having some bad experiences with a website provider, and after finding they had kept control of our google page listing after our termination, I was understandably anxious about enlisting anyone to help me regain control and ensure our google listing was kept safe and up to date.
I have to say that the support and communication I received from Chelsea-Leigh at Search Engine Solutions was second to none, she was able to provide everything I needed, and able to answer all of my questions with details I could understand!

Worked with this company since febuary this year, online presence has increased due to their wonderful work with the website and social media. Only have to spend an hour a week sending them all information for the month and they do the rest, freeing us to do other jobs within the business. Nothing seams to much trouble for these guys.

Shaun and Chelsea have been absolutely amazing and gone above and beyond to provide me with a new QR code the same day on a Friday to allow me to have new business cards made , nothing was too much trouble , really friendly and explained everything so clearly to a very non ‘techy’ person , exceptional customer service, Chelsea even designed me a logo as I didn’t have one . 110% recommend

My experience with Shaun and his team has been wonderful.
With alternative companies, I've often felt coercion, sales tack ticks, a false sense of grandiosity and lack of interest in my passion for my job. However, with Shaun and his team- I met with several, they exhibited a congruent sense of self, they were real and honest people who showed genuine interest in my line of work.
Through their time and dedication, they have all utilised their unique skill set to not only create a beautiful website, QR code and cards/stickers ect, but took the time (Brandon especially) to explain to me what everything means in basic terms because I do not fully understand the world wide web and technology almost certainly malfunctions around me. I have had a wonderful service and nothing was too much trouble.
I know most member's all took some time to work on it, so Chelsea, Natalie, Dave,Danny, and Ricky ( I can't remember the rest of their name's I'm sorry) and Shaun too, I thankyou all for being so kind and patient with me whilst designing and building a website.
