I am not normally a person who leaves reviews but like to share good experiences.
Bought a setup box from them a few years ago as they provided a longer guarantee which worked faultlessly.
Decided to upgrade my setup box and I found it cheaper (only by a few pounds) buying it from abroad but decided to support a small UK business instead during these difficult times.

Ordered the box on Monday afternoon and received it the following day!

So far so good and all the best to the guys here.

This Company offer superb products at extremely competetive prices. Their delivery service is extraordinary, over the last three years I have had numerous items delivered to my doorstep within 20 hours from ordering.

Okay, so the automatic communication was good. The unit arrived promptly. However it fell down here. Everyone knows what these boxes are for even if they aren't sold specifically for that purpose. At the very least you expect to easily be able to access your region free satellite services.
Sadly they give no instructions on how to tune to free services. You select a build and then expected to go online and find various downloads to add which kind of defeats the idea of selecting a build.
Most companies offer a free return service, or at least you pay shipping and they refund full value. Well world of satellite arbitrarily deduct money from every shipment even when returned in as new condition. Their customer service sucks with childish and condescending attitude. It's a cumbersome process raising a query on their website. Overall thus because they need really serious training and shift in attitude in customer service I'm going to have to rate the company low. A customer asks for help, provide help don't make them feel stupid.

I was looking for a new small satellite receiver for my Caravan and found one but unfortunately it was out of stock. After email communication with them over the weekend they recommended an alternative which was slightly cheaper. It was sent out on the Monday and I got it Tuesday. I have had a couple of queries but these have been answered promptly. Very pleased with purchase.
