Lovely customer service - I had a punctured tire on my bike and despite the fact screwfix is not a bike shop - they put in their best efforts to help me out . Lovely employees

Love it. Check stock availability online then go in and collect. Open early morning, so you can pick up before you go to work. Hepfull staff and always friendly.

To buy something at Screwfix, because of the lockdown rules, i had to stand in the carpark and register as an online customer using my little handheld phone. Didn't have my reading glasses handy. It took forever due to the clunky screwfix centralised quartermaster system that forgets your store preference while toggling between similar products. Or was it putting on a special incompetence to push me past closing time?
