Went in to screwfix to get a dimmer switch and a few bits for the toilet and the staff was patient enough to take us through our various options. Social distancing measures are fully respected here too. Many offers atm

The two people I delt with me was Ray and manager John they were so good. As I lost my receipt and wanted to return want I had bought they sorted it out for me and gave a full refund nothing was to much for them would like to say big thanks you to you both for helping me?

Normally pretty good but today had to stand out in the rain for nearly 10 min. Click and collect they call it but nobody came out or went in during this time.customers in there for almost 10 min. That's not click an collect. Obviously ordering and waiting for items. Shouldn't have been allowed especially as cue waiting outside in the rain.

Always a great service here. However, I cannot comply with their pre-order online system as there is a fault with the payment landing page. It's still not been addressed a month after I first tried placing an order. It's not the local Screwfix team's issue. Rather, it someone at their headquarters who needs to sort things out.

Great customer service, this is a small shop with a big warehouse format. Not much displayed for to covid. I didn't know what to do but the lovely lady on the till, helped me to order and I was in secs. Highly recommended to everyone, even if it's tailored for tradesmen

It's always a pleasant place to go. Strangely they almost always hand me what I seem to need however, on the odd occasion they make we wait until after lunch the following day. Staff always a pleasure to chat with.
