Friendly staff, quick staff. Some time you need to wait for collection text until mid day where as in Broadheath store they send you a message early in the morning.

Excellent Service by the duty manager Sean certainly leads by example. Nothing was too much for him and also asked if I needed anything else on top of the goods I had already bought. Very polite and very happy to help with other questions I asked about

I've been using Screwfix for years, both for DIY and tools/materials for work. Never had a bad experience, the app is pretty good so I always order using my phone and pay before walking in.

Turn up, press the check in button on the app before getting out the van/car, within a few minutes but usually less someone puts it on the desk. Everything I've ever ordered has been there when they said it would, no "it's not here mate" or looking for it for 15 minutes etc like I've had at Toolstation a couple of times.

Occasionally I've had to return things because I've bought too much or the wrong type, never a problem as long as you have proof you bought it and it's not opened/used etc.

Only bad thing about the place is the road it is on is busy and too many c**ts drive way too fast down it not paying attention, also people will just walk in front of you so you have to watch for that as well. So getting in/out the car park can be a pain.
