I ordered through the app and waited over 10 minutes to be served, even though it wasn't very busy. Customers were left standing in the collection area with no communication from the staff, which would have only taken a moment. Toolstation has a much faster process, and their communication is much clearer. I noticed other team members were just hanging around putting away deliveries—someone could have easily stepped up to the till. This would help prevent longer queues. 🤦🏻‍♂️

An exceptionally great place, the staff are awesome 👏

A special mention to Ash she went the extra mile to get what I needed for the work I needed to do in Leigh, very polite and efficiently got everything sorted.

A few days later I brought some stock back and also something else from another Screwfix store.

Hannah sorted out everything very quickly refunding my card and adding credit to my account, everything done very efficiently.

Andy S. was extremely efficient after sorting a small matter out, he needn’t have done it though he went the extra mile. Thank you Andy.

I just want to say a big thank you to everyone as all were very helpful and great smiles which gives a lift to one’s day.

I bought a floodlight over a year ago and it stopped working. I rang the store for some advice and spoke with Ash, she was very helpful and reminded me of the warranty I had with the lights even though I didn’t have a receipt. It’s not my local store she didn’t mind helping and letting me know what to do.

Honestly a credit to the company and with the can do attitude and customer focused care. I will continue to shop at screwfix because of interactions like this and continue paying their wages.
