On 04/01/24 at 9.10am visited the store at denvale park Crawley RH10 1SD seeking advice on ceiling fitting holders. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discourteous behavior of one of your employees, Mr. David. Instead of offering assistance, Mr. David rudely stated that he is not obligated to provide advice since I am not a plumber or electrician. Before I could articulate my request, he insisted on getting the product code without offering any assistance or guidance. have written complain with the customer service who promised a investigation into the matter have received no reply back from them

This pressure washer is excellent well built 3 year guarantee rechargable so fully portable and its lightweight just charge the battery fill built in container with water attatch hose and use
You can wheel this anywhere great if you find it difficult to clean car if you have no hosepipe access im delighted with it excellent quality Bosch product

What's not to like: Good range of products from a good range of manufacturers from budget to high end. Speedy service both over the counter and by mail order. Recently had an issue with a hand tool I had bought and had delivered. Almost without question, they agreed to replace the faulty item and the replacement was with me in around 16hours!

I've always received absolutely top class service at Screwfix Google branch. Duty Manager Rachel was so helpful and friendly when I visited today, she helped me with a click and collect order, replaced a faulty item, found a matching latch I needed and worked out the required parts to solve a plumbing challenge too, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Though it's a smaller outlet compared to some others the staff make up for it in their attitude and willingness to help. Quickly suggesting items can be delivered for collection next day. I click and collect normally day before then everything will be waiting. SMS service confirms when it's ready to collect.

I have used this place many times for my DIY needs and they haven't let me down yet. They generally have what you need and if not they can usually get it next day and even message you when it's ready to collect. With a good range and plenty of stock at competitive prices, there's not a lot to complain about. Returns are a doddle too if you have too with no faffing or excessive procedures

Screwfix.... it is what it says it is. Buy straight away or order in on click and collect. Usually plenty of parking out side and have never had to wait too long to get served. ( because its busy not because of staff)

Staff always pleasant enough and patient if you dont quite know what you want. Prices are usually competitive but sometimes it is worth checking around.

Remarkable prices. This company is owned by the same Group that owns B&Q, a few doors away. You'll find exactly the same products but they're half the price at Screwfix and the staff are much nicer. You can select online and pay, then just collect at the store. Marvellous.
