This store is in an excellent location, saves driving all the way to Harlow. Free parking, which is always a bonus, the staff are always amazing and super helpful. Prices are extremely competitive, and the returns policy is amazing. I always try to go after 5 because it does get extremely busy beforehand.

This branch is lovely with helpful staff and easy to get to great location. But I notice the staff are not wearing masks nor were any of the customers. I know its a choice not a requirement but if it concerns you take note. It didn't get 5* because like all of Screwfix at the moment, stuff that shows in stock on the web page is often next day delivery or out of stock.

Easy to park, intelligent staff and quick. Usual keen Screwfix prices. Ideal placement for commuters going to or from Epping.
Update: worth pointing out that the best way to shop here is to buy from their website, and pick it up 20 mins later, or a couple of days if it isn't in stock. You can always shop in store too, but very little is on display. If you tell the person on the till what you want, they are happy to browse through and make suggestions of what is in stock.

Placed order online, and within a few minutes I had a text message to inform me that my order was ready to collect. When I arrived at the store, I gave my order number and confirmed my name, and then received my purchased item. Very easy system 😁

Waste of time! Ordered a product online went to pick up after 5 hours and got told There was an error the product was not in stock! It’s weird as soon as whole world started using face masks we in UK got no stock available! How on earth other countries deal with pandemic and we can’t amasses me! Don’t waste your time ordering PPE from Them they won’t deliver the promise! As for keeping stock for NHS well nhs use medical grade masks not builders masks so that excuse is not valid either!
