Call in here all the time, somewhat put off after having met your colleague Besem, awful manner rude to customers, and a very self entitled attitude. Not good.

Pretty good little place. Doesn't stock as much as the bigger stores but you can order for the next day. Staff are good, very helpful.

Click and collect is genius. Works like a charm and has really cut down the queues. You also definitely know the item is in stock.

Ordered two items in stock, get a text about one & nothing about the other. Charged for both.
Collect one & ask about the other, ' not sure where it is, the manager isnt in'
Call them on the Monday long delay, then put in hold, long delay as the call the store to be told not sure and they can't find.
And they can reorder, no can't reorder, they can order a similar item. Then a refund.
Blame Covid ....

Good Screwfix and as usual, customer service is good but only one person serving so I did have to wait 10 minutes (+) to click and collect.

My experience of Spondon store is the staff are helpful, cheerful (we need more of that in this awful time) and conducting themselves within the guidelines. Order online, get alert when order is ready, on and out, brilliant.
