Came in here just before closing for a screwdriver to sort out a loose turbo pipe on my car so that I could get home. One of the guys here actually came out after closing the shop and helped me sort it out in his own time before he headed off. Outstanding customer service and a genuine good Samaritan that helped me get home safe. A credit to Screwfix! Thanks again.

Have to say that if customer service was as good everywhere else in the UK, the world would be a better place. Always happy, always polite and helpful, a breath of fresh air from the usual “no can do” attitude of far too many retail outlets today.

Just wasted my time setting up a profile i never wanted. Then asked for ID. Wouldn't serve me in my work gear full beard and grey hair ? had to travel miles to get something for the job. Never use again

Went in today and the staff members on the counter started mocking me as I was leaving saying 'missing you already, see you soon' and laughing with his mates on the counter with other customers staring at me, it was humiliating and I had done absolutely nothing to deserve that. Not sure what kind of customer service that is. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND SHOCKING!!!! Will not be returning.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a light for collection, and the part was not found when I arrived, so the assistant gave me a slightly more expensive one at no extra cost to me
