Ordered on line yesterday and needed material for a job today . Order went through and expected to be able to collect first thing today but then it said it was coming from a distribution centre so sat twiddling my thumbs! Tried to call customer services but no one answered. Think I will go next door to B&Q next time !

Went to collect some tools today, Dave the branch manager sorted me out right away and the customer service was great! The reason that it was great was because he was kind, and interactive with my little girl she was very excited to go and get the tools for the garden work and Dave reciprocated that excitement, encouraged her and made a simple task very pleasant! Great guy, great service.

Give 1 star because you can't put a zero.
2 year warranty on ovens is a joke, fobbed off in store to supposed manufacturer, who turned out to be a call center who finds a local engineer to repair, still not repaired after a month !!!!

Staff here are very knowledgeable and all seem to have a good and positive attitude. This branch holds a good stock, if they've run out of something, they'll happily ring other local branches and get the items transferred. Brilliant

Unfortunately only one of my two products ordered had actually arrived when I went to collect. The guys explained that it should have been there to collect ss Parcel Force had delivered it but they could not find it, I guess these things happen. They were apologetic and re-ordered the missing product straight away so hopefully I will be successful in getting my order tomorrow
