Went here for the first time today and asked for help from a member of staff who was welcoming and more than happy to help and give advice. The store itself was bright and clean and seemed well stocked. A very good first visit and positive first impression.

Very well run place. The staff here are really efficient and helpful.
We usually order online and go to store for pick up. Always a prompt service.
The store is well stocked, and prices are reasonable too.
Always looks tidy when we nip in.
Good car parking facilities right outside the door too.

Great prices. Shame about one staff member (a lady) who is always angry looking and doesn't have great customer service skills, unlike the rest of her colleagues. (hence the 4 stars). I've visited dozens of times in the past month and she's always the same!
