Excellent selection of plants, pots and everything you need for the garden... and genuinely dog friendly. Today I was in need of some large terracotta pots and found the perfect ones, half price! I then managed to break both pots in the car park - note to self; do not put one pot inside another. The manager was incredibly helpful and offered to refund and replace the pots. He didn't need to do that and I am very grateful. First class service, thoroughly recommended

There is a great choice of good quality plants for both outside and in. You can also get anything for BBQ and patio. I love the choice of pet food and toys.
One of the highlights of any garden centre is a good cafe with a good menu. We had the choice of coffee and cake, sandwiches, baked potatoes, or a full meal. The food quality is very good and there is ample on your plate.

Excellent customer service today. The glaze had failed on an outdoor pot (with a sticker saying 10 years warranty) that I bought three years ago. The manager was more than happy to give me a credit note for the full value.

Previous visit was fine but on 2 Dec I ordered regular cappucinos and was told they had run out of cups!! Consequently we received half-full cups which were less than satisfactory. Surely an alternative might have been offered? The amount requested for payment was also incorrect. No response to direct feedback.

Lovely place, many plants but succulent section isn’t much stocked, not many choices. Prices fair to middling.

I can always find good offers in store. Its dog friendly which is great even the cafe has a dog friendly part to sit and have a coffee. At the moment there is a beach through the school holidays which looks great fun for children.
