Took a parcel there today the man serving me was rude and was on a call the whole time

Wife just been in to pickup a Vinted parcel as she did last Friday, same problem uninterested male staff member lost control and shouted parcel not here. After a very unnecessary confrontation female arrives and finds parcel.
We will not be visiting this shop again.
Not right to loose temper and make my disabled wife cry. She arrived home shaking and distraut.
Shame on you Scartho news and booze.

One of the first place I have been to since Covid began. Felt quite safe, staff wearing masks, l was shown how to use the lable machine. Been twice now, so easy to use. 5 star experience, thank you.
