I purchased a CCTV camera from this seller, but when I tried to return it (completely unopened and still sealed), they refused to issue a refund. Their reason? They claimed the serial number didn’t match what they had sold – which is ridiculous, since the box wasn’t even opened. It honestly feels like a tactic to avoid accepting returns. I followed all return guidelines and still got denied. Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be buying from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Shockingly poor !!!!!!!! Rang these amateurs to check their closing times and to check if they had the item in stock that i wanted ,i was assured that it was !!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame managment are ruled by sales. Made a deal with manager to walk in shop and order £1800 worth of cctv to de told we no longer get the prices we agreed on. Ifsec on the way new wholesaler me thinks shame the wholesalers dont value 25-40k a year
