Fabulous shop in the centre of Frome with a great selection of beautiful clothes. It would have been easy to get carried away but I limited myself to two items and, with everything in the sale, I felt I'd got a bargain. Shop assistant, Theresa, was so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic - a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Quality is second-to-none and items are well priced. The manager always offers advice when I am making choices for my wife. She's also helped source clothes, shoes and jewellery when the right sizes are not in stock locally. She then always communicates with me promptly once they've arrived in store to ensure I am not empty handed for special ocassions! Highly recommended.

I had such a good experience here. Firstly because the shop held some beautiful and light summer dresses which was exactly what I needed. It was a few days before going away on my first holiday abroad in 6 years i.e. with not much time on my hands and nothing suitable for really hot weather. As I raced around trying loads on, I was given honest and helpful feedback so I could chose what suited me best, quickly.
Then I got great compliments from friends when I wore the two dresses on holiday. Thank goodness there are still shops like this

The Frome branch. Consistently has a very rude and unhelpful older female member of staff - so much so that last time myself and my friends didn't buy an item of clothing and we will not be returning. I've given this shop many chances but the consistent poor customer service has now led to this review. Avoid!
