Had a prom dress appointment and it went amazingly, the staff were so lovely and friendly and helped me pick out an incredable dress. I loved the range of dresses I got to try on.

I have two daughters and neither of the girls would go anywhere else for their prom dresses. Lisa and Kirsty are so patient and kind when it comes to finding the perfect dress and if you are there in the day, when the shop is open, Sassi has such lovely customers who will through in a nice comment too! It's great to know that they will be honest and if something isn't right they will mention it. I see a reveiw about not getting a cash refund - there is so much to choose from in the shop, if you do have to return something then a credit note will not last long. Have recommended Sassi to many friends with prom/Christmas/Occasion dresses to find and I have not heard anything but praise.

We booked in for a prom dress appointment and from the moment we made the booking the communication was fantastic. I have a daughter that isn't into dresses what so ever but the whole experience was amazing. Lisa made her feel at ease and went through multiple dresses to get it down to the perfect one for her. There was no rush or pressure even though we had a slightly later appointment. Brilliant service and would 100 % recommend Sassi

I can't recommend Sassi enough for prom dress shopping. My daughter had an idea in her head of what she wanted and Lisa was wonderful with showing her similar styles and colours to what she had in mind. All the dresses she tried on were absolutely stunning and there is such a vast selection. We did not feel rushed and were able to take our time making sure the dress was 'the one'. We left with a beautiful dress and all the accessories at a reasonable price. My daughter was over the moon.

Feel so lucky that we have such a fantastic independent shop like this on our doorstep - makes supporting local a joy! Regular updates to stock, excellent selections by the buyers, great price points and exceptional customer service. I went here for my prom dress and it was amazing! The people are so kind and have an amazing variety of dresses! Also very affordable!
