I highly recommend Jo at jogaflows , she is very professional, friendly ,passionate about her business and services provided and all treatments will be to suit individual need . I particularly enjoy the mind,body,soul treatment, and leave feeling totally relaxed and at ease .
I attend yoga classes at the studio every week and can't believe how much I've improved with balance and flexibility ,Jo will always challenge you that little bit which is what I love about her classes.
The well being studio offers so much from treatments, yoga classes, drumming and well being sessions , her shop has a huge choice of gifts .
Jo provides so much more than any well being studio around and would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to focus on self care and well being .

I really look forward to my reiki sessions with Jo, she is amazing and seems to zone into the needs of both my body and mind.

I find her combination of reiki, crystals and sound bath really relaxes me.

She is totally grounded, puts you at ease straight away and talks you through what she plans to do.

I cannot recommend this lady enough.

Highly recommend Jogaflows Wellbeing Studio. Very welcoming when entering the studio even just for a browse or to ask advice.
Jo is lovely and her classes are brilliant. I was new to Yoga, but Jo explains the different poses extremely well and always advises you to listen to your body and stop if you need to, but also gives you the opportunity to put a little bit extra of a stretch if you need to.
During lockdown the classes have been online and they work just as great.
I always feel great after my session and am looking forward to being able to get in for some treatments.

I have really enjoyed the last couple of months since starting the beginners classes with Jo at Jogaflows.
I had tried yoga a handful of times at the gym but always found it to be uninspiring and boring and never felt any real inclination to stick with it. Having met Jo where I work, she encouraged me to give her class a try and that has completely changed how I feel about it.
She is patient and encouraging whilst still pushing you to work hard during each class and I am learning so much not only about my body but about myself.
To anyone on the fence, I would highly recommend giving it a go. You won't regret it!

Jo is a fantastic yoga teacher, she takes the time to explain the moves and suitable for all abilities. Also had my 1st Reiki session before lockdown. I left feeling relaxed and comfortable from start to finish. Hurry up lockdown I need my mind body and soul treatment.
