Manager is from abroad but extremely extremely helpful. Always ready to help out and assist. Been coming to this store for 9 years. From men’s aftershave to men’s underwear to children scarfs children books to shampoo to screwdrivers light bulbs to almost anything that is needed in a family home. Good local store to get a pound shop from. Excellent if you have a few quid left spare in the month.

I recently visited to this store and had a disappointing experience with one of their employees, specifically a lady in black long veiled kimd of cloth she had lacked basic manners and customer service skills. From the moment I approached her for assistance, it was evident she had no interest in helping me and even displayed attitude when I asked simple questions. It was disheartening to encounter such rudeness from a representative of the store. Additionally, it was apparent that there was a lack of managerial oversight as no one intervened to address the situation. Overall, my interaction with this particular employee left me feeling undervalued as a customer and unlikely to return to the store in the future.

Great value shop. You can find quite a few bargains for daily consumable products. Other useful products are available for great prices. Customer service can improve, but it's much better than many other pound shops and household shops.
