While I trust your products are good and reasonable, as a first customer, I've been waiting for my order of Hugo Boss Element 90ml for more than a month now. I even wrote Luxplus an email more than a week ago to no response. I wonder if at all this is a real deal.

Nature Fleece Tunnel Set. 8/04/2021. This Plastic garden cloche/Tunnel [for growing plants] is the biggest bit of rubbish I have ever had the misfortune to spend my money on. If I could give it minus 10 stars that would be very generous. It's flimsy and totally unstable. One good gust of wind and it will be off down the street. Needs house bricks down each side to anchor it down. Also no instructions. Just more rubbish from Europe.

I returned a book for refund via salesupply for momox.co.uk. 8 weeks later Momox still say that salesupply has still not returned the book to them. Royal Mail certificate of posting says that it WAS delivered to salesupply on February 4, 2021.
