I was a regular shopper until the day I had to return a faulty £2 product amd was treated as if lying. The box was slightly damaged and the product was broken when opened. The owner refused to refund the returned product leaving us no option but to leave the shop rather than standing there being treated like we have no ethics. No replacement was offered as well. Writing this review is not even worth my time. Others please open and check purchase onsite.

I came to collect my Amazon Order from Hounslow West. But The store guy asked me to come in afternoon.but the order got delivered on 31st Oct itself. I came to collect on Nov 2nd. Without checking my order , the store guy adamantly saying come at 2.0 clock like that. Im going to complaint with amazon

Sending a parcel from here is a total joke. Edit: I successfully sent a Yodel parcel at another shop. Your reasoning that you cannot take the parcel was undoubtedly incorrect. Please remove the information that you accept Yodel parcels because it is misleading. I wasted two hours because of this.

I've been a customer since it opened there. Find many things with an excellent quality price. Yesterday I was there to use the DHL service, the best service in the area, I had problems with the others because they weren't informed. Professional and cordial. Excellent customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is one of the worst Stores I had ever visited. The price of the products is also very high compared to the other pound stores. Especially their after-sell service is very bad. Their behavior is also very rude.
