Worst customer service.I was there yesterday morning just to get my parcel. I greeted the cashier good morning and I told her I want to pick up my parcel. All of a sudden she kept shouting and said that I should not picking up a parcel early morning. She said, she's not supposed to do that because she's busy doing other stuff. I tried to explain to her that's only my available time to get my parcel because I have work. She interrupted me and kept saying NO! In the end she assisted me but she kept on saying don't pick up your parcel at this time. I tried my best not to argue with her so that she can finish her job because I needed to catch my bus. What a rude employee.

I would give 0 stars if I could, the way this owner speaks to women is awful, outright disrespect and as a 32 year old female I have never been shocked to be treated this way, especially in 2024, 0 customer service, prioritising being polite to men and serving men, how he has a business is beyond me, very upsetting and debilitating, I felt really shaken and upset

EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID USING THIS SHOP!!!
Used this shop twice now. One to send and once to collect a parcel. Absolutely horrid experiences. From the way the shop owner looked at me up and down in disgust as I walked in, to the way he spoke to me, he made it actually impossible for me to collect a parcel that had arrived for me. I had my ID, showed him the notifications I had received to pick up the package. Kept on telling me I needed a barcode. Which for this type of delivery company, I actually didn’t. He was there arguing with me telling me I couldnt take my parcel. I contacted the delivery company via live chat. They told me they don’t usually provide a bar code to collect (you just need ID and proof that it’s arrived) they said just tell him to manually put in the reference number details (which I suggest to him before but he said no he can’t do that on his computer as apparently he needs and actual barcode) went back into the store moments later, it looked like he pretended to type something into the computer, scanned the parcel which he should have done in the first place (with my name on it which matches me ID!!) and finally gave me my parcel. I told him it’s literally just a £2 swimsuit from my son through vinted. Not like it’s even that much of an issue on his part.
I will NEVER be using this store again. I never really wrote reviews. But the way he made me feel and was talking to me, I was holding back tears. Horrible person.

Avoid this place!!!

Rude customer service! I paid for the food. The man gave my goods back to me so I walked away from the Till. Then He made a noise ( not spoke) I looked around and had no idea what the noise was. Then another customer said something so I went back to the till. The member of staff just pointed to the receipt which said unauthorised so I did it again! It was still unauthorised so I asked can I put my pin in? Again the man said nothing!! It worked when I put my pin in but I had to ask the man if it had gone through as he was giving me no sign as to whether it had or not! . My son said the man behind the counter smirked at me when I wasn’t looking. I said I’m sorry I can’t understand you. The staff member wasn’t talking at-all and was just grunting! What ever the reason for not being able to talk. Medical or not, noone should work behind a counter if they can’t communicate!!! He was rude!!+++ and unprofessional! I will defiantly not go again. Lost a customer for sure!

What an awful experience. Went to try and post a parcel, but rude owner of the shop said scanner was broken, didn't even offer an apology. Scanner seems to have been broken for months now - my suspicion is he just can't be bothered.

Rude customer service by an older lady that tried to tell me that I did not ask for cash back when I did and also proceeded to yell at another customer parking out the shop saying he was too close to another car! Disgraceful service and 2ill not be visiting again!
